Questacon Smart Moves Invention Convention is a great opportunity for innovative young Australians to meet other like-minded people from your region. There are opportunities for you to gain new skills, form networks, get advice and gain knowledge on how to further develop your idea.
Over the three days you’ll be hard at work learning how to develop new ideas. Along side your prototyping you will be attending short workshops interacting with the innovation processes. You’ll also be learning from the experiences of successful Australian innovators and entrepreneurs whose stories will guide your understanding of innovation.
At the end of the three days you will have the opportunity to showcase your work to the local community by sharing your ideas to them. This gives you the opportunity to put your communication skills to the test and broaden your network.
Places are limited and a registration fee of $30 applies to attend this three-day program. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on each day. You will need to provide your own transport to attend the Invention Convention in your regional area.
