Who can apply to attend the Questacon Smart Moves Invention Convention?
If you are an Australian secondary school student aged between 14 and 18 years and want to learn more about innovation or already have an idea with potential for development, you're eligible to apply for the Questacon Smart Moves Invention Convention. You must live within the region of the Invention Convention.
What costs are involved?
The Invention Convention is a three-day intensive program. A registration fee of $30 is applicable and this will cover some of the program costs (like lunch!). You will need to arrange your own mode of transport to and from the Invention Convention. If your registration is successful, more information will be sent to you.
What do I bring with me?
Your ideas! If you already have an idea and have a plan or a prototype of it, bring it with you! Once you are registered a full list of required items will be sent prior to the Invention Convention.
